For motivation before a set, I hit my head and slap my face and get angry! DAMN IT FEELS GOOD, and I hit those weights harder than I have ever hit them before.




Background
Joe Hagy has been bodybuilding for 2 years. Lifting weights is fun and enjoyable. It is also a way of life. And although tennis is something that I do on a regular basis the bodybuilding keeps my strenght up.
