Don't try and lift too heavy. Keep good form and feel the muscle working. Don't try to look big lifting heavy weights, look big by having big muscles from doing proper form!




Background
I was a competitive swimmer,I started to train when I got a job in the local gym cleaning the squash courts. When I moved swimming got boring, looking at the bottom of the pools black line didnt do it for me any more. I quit swimming, joined my local gym and 9 months later I was competing in my first show, placing 3rd at 16. i did 2 more shows the following year placing second in both and then the following year (2002) I competed in and won the Teenage Mr Australia.
